[Bradford] End of Windows 10

Hi,

I would be interested in helping.
Something I was recently thinking about; my Dad has an ancient Lenovo 
T420 that needs replacing due to physical wear and tear.
He was not even aware of Win10 end of support for his laptop, raising 
awareness will be the biggest challenge - something to ponder over - are 
there other charitable/local groups we could reach out to ?
