[Chester LUG] SUSe 10.2 problem

My friend Patrick has been running SUSE 10.2 for a while with no
problems including the built-in automatic SUSE updater.

However this auto-update has stopped working and he gets an error message

Novell.Zenworks.Zmd.Public.ZenException: SQL logic error or missing database

Thw manual updater works OK, it's just the auto-updater which causes
problems.

Has anyone any clues what might be happening?
