Hi Stuart,

That's a good clear out!  Your email reminded me that I haven't responded to
your previous one yet.  Apologies for that, but my father has been seriously
ill in hospital so things have a bit all over the place for me.  I haven't
forgotten about you and I'll have some time to give you a proper response
tomorrow.
