[Chester LUG] Virtualisation

Has anyone been able to solve the USB support issue in virtualbox?  I've virtualised XP as a first step towards removing the Dual boot on my machine, but I need USB support so I can use my external hd, my printer, flash drives and external DVD burner.  Not to mention my flash card reader.

Any suggestions?
