Greetings all,

There was no feedback regarding a talk for this month so that being the
case we should probably have a social meet/open forum. We'll get together
in LSC and if anyone wants to give an impromptu talk or perhaps tell us
about a cool project they're very welcome. We can retire to the Shipping
Forecast pub later to continue our discussion as usual.

It might be a good idea to make an upgrade plan for those Ubuntu machines
we're supposed to maintain in LSC. I just saw that support for Ubuntu 10.04
on the desktop ends on May 9th this year. Something to discuss.

Come along and say hello. Particularly if you've never been before. We're a
very friendly and informal group. Everyone is welcome and there is no level
of technical expertise required, which is just as well in my case. If you
have trouble finding us please drop me an email, I'll be checking on the
phone throughout the night.
