Hi, I will be in Saturday afternoon if you want to pop round and take it. However, as I also said, be aware it is E-ATX case, not standard ATX.

I have an EATX mobo with dual 2.2 Ghz (I think) Opteron CPUs. I never quite got it to work, but didn't really have much time to mess around with it. If anyone would like it, let me know! 

I also have "PHP and MySQL for dynamic websites" book if anyone would like it.
