[Chester LUG] Backups

HI Everyone,

I am beginning to get really peeved about this. I have a folder I want to
backup,automatically, on Windows 7. It is only about 200 meg but I need a
consistent backup.

I tried backblaze etc, and they all do full backups. I just want to backup
one small folder, but with no user intervention.

Can anyone suggest some good options ?
