[Chester LUG] Meet - Feb '14

Hi all,

I was debating between a in-person tech meet or trying out an online
virtual meetup this month. The former would be dependent on Steve's
availability - Steve?

I've been working away so not had time to sort something out. How would
everyone feel about a virtual meet?
