[Chester LUG] Oggcamp 14

Omg camp is an open source un conference where there are lots of talk about
open source, technologies and much fun. I didn't realise it was in Oxford
this year so I think I may have wasted the ticket price.  A bit gutted
really as Off camp for the last word years has been nothing short of
awesome.
