[Chester LUG] Anyone fancy a cluster in a box?

The thing is, although it is an easy wheel in design, what it doesn't
account for is the cost. If you have 2 blades, you can only really fill 50%
of your cluster if you want to keep HA restart available in case a blade
fails.

The cost per blade also get expensive if you go past an 8 GB DIMM size

Anyhow, what I am really saying is that those virtual machines will cost an
absolute fortune (relatively speaking) in cost per VM. However, as I said,
it is an easy, wheel in, power on solution that will work for a lot of
people.

If your customer does get one Les, let me know. I would be very interested
to see it in the flesh rather than second hand from the VMUG presentation.
