[Chester LUG] Windows activation question

Yes i know this is a Lug but pretty sure there's expertise in here re
windows.

We want to set up a window machine inside virtual box, i.e. get everything
nice and configured, then clone it. Is this possible and if so can we then
purchase window licenses to activate each clone separately?

We'd want about 4 clones.
