[Colchester] Evolution

I was getting a lot of junk mail so I tired to configure Evolution  to 
put these into  the  deleted  folder but I made a mistake and  all my 
e-mails when into the delated folder To fix this I deleted Evolution 
completely and tried to  do a  re-install but this never fix the problem.

So now I am using Thunder bird instead.  If any one could tell me how to 
fix Evolution I would be grateful
