I think the point that Opera works on a mobile phone is an important 
plus point. I would say from initial impressions Google Chrome is the 
best Windows browser. However it's a pretty level playing field now that 
Microsoft IE has had to follow standards and catch up with Opera.

According to the google chrome cartoon it uses webkit for web page 
rendering and this is from googles mobile phone OS, Android. It also 
says that it is fully open source, which if true means you can download 
all the source, modify and compile it and end up with your own version 
of Google Chrome.

I use firefox but I think opera is better. Firefox plugins have cause me 
problems.
