[Colchester] How do you unlock a copy protected Open Office doc?

I was stupid enough to install KDE 4.0 on my Ubuntu desktop so that I had both KDE (Kubuntu) and the GNOME version of Ubuntu as an option on boot up.  

I did not realized that I down loaded the beta version of KDE which also had an effect on GNOME, for example after I'd downloaded KDE I could not do a soft shut-down in GNOME and had to turn the PC off by pressing the main button.

Anyways I copied my CV onto a CD and re-installed Ubuntu and put the CV back into the Documents sub-folder but now the CV is copy protected and so I can not edit it...

How do I unlock it guys....
