[Colchester] Next Meet: May 2009

The Second of May also suits me (and Tom probably) so shall we push
for that date?

as it is now a lot warmer, shall we meet up at say CastlePark? it's a
easy location to find (being a whopping great big CASTLE) and is
central to Colchester so if when there we decide to move on to a pub
or bowling or something all is within walking distance.


I want to bring to the meet a plan to bring our karting up again,
nothing beats a load of bedroom video gamers trying to drive go karts
in real life, it ain't the same as mariokart/penguin racer/NFS etc :-)

Last time we did the karting we had a massive turnout and it was a
totally ace day, even for those who had a lower competitive spirit
than me :-)

We have a choice of the karting place in Colchester (in doors) or a
place up near Ipswich which is outside, obviously Ipswich needs car
drivers, if required I feel I might be able to have the use of a five
seater for the day, depending if my father wants a day long test drive
of my car...  but the planning for Ipswich will be harder as I do not
think they like arrive and drive users, they prefer to be pre-booked.
