[Colchester] Migration from MS Office to Open Office?

Hello,

Has anybody any experience of moving a MS Word user over to Open Office 
Writer?
My customer is complaining about lack of clipart and the shortcut keys 
are different.
Has anybody solved these problems?

PS, it's relivant to Linux because if you can get a user onto Open 
Office, Fire Fox and Thunderbird then many of them can dump windows.
