[Colchester] Linux Mint 18 on main computer

Hello LUG,

What distro of Linux are you using?

On this laptop (HP EliteBook 8440p) I'm enjoying Linux Mint 18 MATE' 
desktop (that's mat-tay not mate).

I've had to solve a number of issues to ditch Windows, I can help you 
solve yours. I still have Windows 7 on my desktop machine. It's 
important that I have the choice.

My Raspberry PI is running Kodi and plugged into the telly. Did you know 
iTunes can use it as speakers? There's a funny story about how I 
discovered this.
