[Colchester] New server for http://colchester.lug.org.uk/

Hello Colchester Linux,

I host our amazing one page website on my server. I'm in the process of 
setting up a new server for my business. The new hosting server is at 
svr1.sothcott.co.uk. The IP of that will need to be the new A record for 
colchester.lug.org.uk whoever is in charge of getting that changed.

The old server will get switched off after the end of August some time.
