I can give you a Raspberry PI. I have a spare.
You will need a USB keyboard, mouse and a PSU. It plugs into a TV via or 
screen HDMI cable.
Free of charge but you have to either plug it in or send it back. Don't 
leave it in a draw like most of them are.
