70 quid for an upgrade! That doesn't sound right.  It cost me =A344 (last=

July) to upgrade from v7.2 Prof to v8.0 Prof -- including
P & P and a new set of manuals.

I don't know the charge for v8.1.

I'd like a demo of Red Hat to compare.
