OK. Its been about a year since I set up iptables in anger - I need to refresh
my knowledge (...desperately hunts out dat tape with client setup).

I'll do this and post it, but it will be weekend before I get there.
Unless some guru intercedes and enlightens us all.

Install OpenBSD (ver 3.3+/pf/AltQ - MUCH better and debug friendly :-))
