The Greater London Linux User Group is having our second annual
summer picnic.
That's right, for the second year running, we will be meeting up at
Bletchley Park for a picnic at a genuine site of computer history. The
meeting is on Sunday 17th August 2003, and we'll be meeting up at the
entrance to the site between 12 noon and 1pm. We don't have a fixed
end time, but the park closes at 6pm. This is meant to be a picnic, so
feel free to bring food along - alternatively, there are places on-site t=
o
get decent food. This weekend is a special event at Bletchey Park,
called "Wireless Waves around Bletchley", celebrating the importance
of the radio service to the code-cracking work done at Bletchley.

Admission
Admission to the park is =A3 9 at the door, =A3 6 if you book online in
advance.
Travel
By car: A map can be found on the website. Parking at Bletchley Park
costs =A3 5 per vehicle.
By train: Silverlink Train Services, get off at Bletchley. Follow
either the footpath to the entrance or take Buckingham Rd. east
to Church Green Rd. Then take a right tell Wilton Ave. At the
nd of Wilton Ave. is the entrance to Bletchley park.
Fare: =A3 13.40 standard 'Cheap Day Away' from Euston, =A3 8.85 for
'Young Person Railcard'.
