Hehe, well it's true to a certain extent. If someone is willing to
learn and asks good questions, they'll get help. There haven't been
many queries on this list -- but, for example, Ken's questions on RH
8's GNOME had responses within minutes. Pretty good support!

It's the kind of people who just post playground insults (i.e. Dave
Latimer) who won't get help on the spot.
