I agree. Much of my *nix learning (especially all things BSD) was done by
learning from someone much more experienced than I was. Admittedly this was
helped by my willingness to learn and his willingness to teach. It the
additude of a 'guru' that makes them, not their experience. What is the
point of knowing a subject in such detail if they are not able to impart
that knowledge?
