[Cumbria] Echos

[Ken Hough]

Looks like I've got an echo (ie two copies of message posted) on this 
one. I can't figure this out as it seems to happen sometimes and from 
two totally different standalone PCs, one is a Linux box and the other 
is a laptop running Win 98.  Any clues?
