[Cumbria] Developers Tools

Fairly certain I tried that one last night...

>From what I remember it worked a treat, with the exception of it
complaining about KDE libraries or something, I found the file but it
wouldn't let me install it was missing something (--nodeps come in useful
here I think?).

I'll go back to the beginning tonight, remove all the offending packages it
complains about, reinstall everything off CD with the --nodeps option
(without running up2date ever again), swear at it a couple of times and
threaten to partition my HDD, then let you all know how it went.

All I have to wonder about now is.....why is it always me?

Still, a good learning experience.
