The other thing, of course, is that Broadband has dropped in cost so its
not really all that much than a normal ISP ?
I used to pay Demon £11.75, plus 8 quid to BT for Surftime, and that was
only weekends and evenings. I now pay Zen £27.
If you use the net more than a couple of hours a night, its certainly
worth it imho.
