Mmmmm,
I pay. Have done since day one. $60 a year is less than =A31 a week and =
my
computing world revolves around my core server, which also happens to be
permanently connected to the big, bad Internet via ADSL so security =
patches
are nice to have <grin>.
The ADSL of course, costs me =A323 per week. Are all these RH naysayers =
giving
up their on-line accounts because of the costs..? Thought not. Why are =
they
happy to pay nasty commercial outfits good money for telecomms when they
begrudge a few pence to RH who, despite their faults, play for the good
guys.
If you use a service, you should pay. Don't use it, don't pay. RHN is
_optional_ after all.
