[cumbria_lug] IRC Channel...

We've now got an IRC channel registered again. You can access it via 
irc.lug.org.uk, and the channel name is #cumbria_lug.

For those unfamiliar with IRC, here is an intro:

For those who can't be bothered following the link, but don't know what 
to do:

1, Get an IRC client (if you don't have one)
2, Fire up your IRC client (XChat, mIRC etc)
3, Connect to irc.lug.org.uk
4, type /join #cumbria_lug
5, ???
6, Profit!
