[cumbria_lug] *LUG is dying

Yet another crippling bombshell hit the beleaguered *LUG community
when recently UK LUGs confirmed that Cumbria LUG accounts for less
than a fraction of 1 percent of all meetings...

Seriously, what is the status of this user group now? The LUG pages in
Linux Format still reference Jamie Dainton as the head honcho; I'll
get it updated but what should I put? Is this pretty much dead and
therefore might as well be removed from the list? Did the plan to
split it into two ever go through?
