[cumbria_lug] The LUG is dead, long live the LUG...

I propose we try to get some structure for the LUG at the next meeting.
We could do with some sort of list of the members with things like level
of expertise, equipment etc.
I also have an idea to get us a dedicated server (or 2) for nothing. It
will take a little bit of work and we may have to put in a few quid to
get the thing going (£10 max) but just think what we could do with a
dedicated server. He he he!!
