At the meet on Friday, Dave said that he'd like to find a way to create PDF's 
with bookmarks, contents, etc. ExtendedPDF is an add-in for OpenOffice.org 
that

"creates a PDF document from your OpenOffice.org original with PDF bookmarks, 
document meta-information (author, keywords etc) and hyperlinks"
