NVu would be the obvious choice for web publishing. I've never used
it, but IIRC it's based on the old Mozilla Composer, and does WYSIWYG
and source views.
I don't know if it will create picture/movie galleries, but back in
the day when I used KDE, I used to use Pixie Plus for that. It did the
job pretty well, and was included in SuSE v8.1, so they probably still
include it.
