[cumbria_lug] IRC Meeting - Tonight @ 8PM

Following on from my previous post about IRC, it was suggested (in the
IRC channel) that we hold regular IRC meetings.

So, without any further ado...

From tonight we will holding weekly IRC meetings at 8PM onwards.
