[cumbria_lug] The website is dead! Long live the website?

After a friendly nudge to point out that our website was pining for the
fjords, I've resurrected our old holding page so that *something* is up
there.

There's no point trying to get the old site running again if no-one is
going to use it, so let's start a discussion...

1, Do we want a website?
2, What do we want it for?
3, Assuming we do, and we don't just want it for static content: do we
want a Content Management System (CMS) (like we had before) or a wiki?
