Ok, sorry for the delay in writing this email, I needed to confirm I
could get a venue first.


WHEN / WHO
==========
We can get the venue most evenings without too much notice.
If you think you could attend a meeting, let us know...
  1, Where your traveling from? (may be possible for people to share a ride?)
  2, What dates / times are best?


WHERE?

KCS Computer Solutions, Keswick.

I've asked my boss, and he is happy to supply us with a roof over our
heads for a meeting!

FACILITIES?
===========
There's plenty of chairs for people to use, we can also make use of
the projector and the sound system for showing something off or even
giving a small talk / presentation. Oh.. and internet access.

TOPICS?
=======
Open to suggestions? What topics would people like to cover during the meet?


It's only a quick proposal, nothing is set in stone, if you have any
questions or suggestions... just post to the list :-)
