[cumbria_lug] Wakey wakey

The lug.org.uk site is going to be re-launched again soon, and the LUG
lists are being revised.

We're currently listed as "active", but unless anyone has objections
(or plans to inject life into the lug) I'm going to ask it to be
changed to "semi-active", "comatose" or "Zzzz". :)
