[cumbria_lug] PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL gets the thumbs up from me as i wrote the postgres support for 
kexi! :)

Its also in use on my webserver for mine and mums websites.

PgAdmin is the tool of choice for adminsitration, and its quite easy to make 
it run over an ssh tunnel so you dont need to expose the database on the 
webserver to external ip's.
