The source is easy to get, svn.kde.org/home/KDE/trunk/koffice.
Build instructions are probably on the koffice wiki (see below) or kde
techbase (techbase.kde.org)

Well, reports have a tick against them now.
Forms are a w.i.p. at the moment, not sure about referential integrity.
