Hello Everyone,
First of all, thank you for the great response to my question regarding
the Blackpool LUG meeting.
I guess we are still to few people in Barrow/South Lakes to start up our
own user group but maybe a car share for either the Man LUG or Blackpool
could be organised.
I personally can not do every Saturday but maybe once or twice a month
should be OK.
However I think I would like to meet up in either Barrow or Ulverston
first before sharing a car
with strangers.... I don't want to be attacked by some Tablet, Notebook,
Laptop or even a full PC
ha-ha.
P.S. Maybe I am wrong with the amount of people interested in a South
Lakes user Group and maybe
advertising it in Linux Format would bring the numbers up. One thing I
noticed is that the Linux Format seems to sell fairly well in Morrison
and Tesco.
