[cumbria_lug] Python Weather Script

Just as a follow up to an earlier post I made to the list; I've got an
early, very basic, working version of a weather script for conky.

Granted it would be easy enough to just my head out of the window,
preferably opening it first, it just seemed like a nice wee pet project
to learn a bit of python.

I've posted it on Gitorious[1], should anyone care to take a look.
