Not sure what you mean ,which Url are you talking about?
IF somone else gave you the Url then i oploligise.

Knowing your a complete novice at Linux (you have come to the right place)
have you tried http://wubi-installer.org/

Its great and if your not completly happy with Ubuntu Linux then you can
simply remove it from the Add/remove in your windows control panel
