Just changing the subject line isn't enough I don't think. As the
message id of what your replying to seems to be encoded in the headers.
So if you reply to a message, then delete the subject line and the
contents, then put in a new subject line and new contents, it still
appears as a reply-to message and will be threaded as such.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong...
