[dundee] proposal of cancellation of tonight's meeting

Unless there are objections, I propose that tonight's meeting be 
cancelled in favour of a properly organised one next month. Currently we 
don't have an agenda for this evening and I haven't heard many people 
say that they are coming. I would suggest instead that for this month, 
those who still want to meet should do so informally in say Mickey Coyles.
