I think you have hit the nail on the head here. There are approximately
300 active Linux distros, a lot of them are specialist distros that are
based upon the main/popular distros so there will be a knock on effect.
Personally, I would not like to see PCLinuxOS to cave into M$ as I
particularly like this Texan distro.
