[dundee] Mandriva joins the NO to M$ camp

it was reported the Mandriva have recently turned down a similiar deal to 
Novell, Xandros, Linspire deal.

it would seem that Linux companies are not falling over each other to join 
M$, and the NO camp seems to be getting bigger and bigger with Redhat, 
Ubuntu, and now Mandriva.
