MONEY, it only costs £75 to sit the LPIC exam wheareas it cost approx
£1200 to do a RHCE week's course and to sit the exam. It is okay if you
have an employer that is willing to pay for this but for students and
others it is a different story, so it is a matter of getting Linux
certification at the lowest cost. Also as number of people at the
Abertay Linux Society want to get Linux certification, doing collective
study and helping each other out seems the best way.
