[dundee] Taylug Co-Administrator

I'm all in favour and I don't want to piss on anyone's chips but I assume
this will be put on the agenda and (presumably) ratified at the next TayLUG
meeting just for form's sake...

Not that I've been to a LUG meeting for years, like...
