[dundee] HP Laptop not happy about USB!

HP Laptops.  hmm... I've been trying to put linux mint on one,
and it's have anll fun and games with the usb subsystem.

lsusb...actually HANGS!!! yikes!!!! bad news.

Anyone shed any light on this, or know anything about HP and Linux... nice one.
