When I purchased this laptop, Intel Core 2 Duo T7200, 2.0GHz , 2GB DDR2, 
256 MB Nivida dedicated, it did come with Vista installed, and god it is 
even slow on this laptop, needless to say .. any version of Linux that I 
have tested on it.. just fly's.
